No Bake Candy Bar Pie




Now that the warmer weather is here it's time to be outside playing soccer, baseball, or even football.  You don't want to be worrying about dinner or dessert and with Game-Day Fan Fare you don't have to!  This new Gooseberry Patch cookbook is filled with Kick-Off Brunches; Major League Munchies; Souper-Bowl Soups, Salads & Sandwiches; Slam-Dunk Mains & Sides; Touchdown Treats; and Stadium-Sized Recipes for a Crowd.  The first recipe I tried is this no-bake candy bar pie.  It only took a few minutes to make and it turned out delicious; I can't wait to try it with other candy bars.  Game-Day Fan Fare has over 240 recipes, tips and inspiration to make sure your game day celebration is a home run!  I'd love for you to own a copy and now you can.  Gooseberry Patch is graciously offering a book to one of you and I'm adding a few goodies with it too...make sure you enter the contest below!

Ingredients are as follows:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 C powdered sugar
8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed & divided
9 inch graham cracker crust


Directions:

Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar.


Fold in the whipped topping and half of the crushed candy bars.


Spoon mixture into the graham cracker crust.


Sprinkle remaining crushed candy bars on top; refrigerate for at least 4 hours.


Slice, serve and enjoy!
