Sweet cream cheese baked into blueberry grand biscuits for a delicious bread!
I'm a mom who loves to do special things for the kids no matter what the occasion, holiday or event it is. I want the kids to have wonderful memories of home and I hope they'll carry on the traditions to their families too. One of our favorite traditions is to have Sunday brunch with lots of scrumptious food, good conversation, and an all around great time. I always make it special with a nice tablecloth, pretty napkins, fancy dishes, and a favorite food for each family member to enjoy!
As you all know, I shop at Walmart every Friday and I always make sure I pick up Pillsbury Grands and Crescent Rolls. I like to have them in the fridge to make quick and easy delicious dishes that don't require a lot of ingredients or a lot of time in the kitchen. They make this Blueberries & Cream Bubble-Up Bake simple to prepare and fond memories at the table.
Ingredients are as follows:
1 (16.3 ounce) tube Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle Blueberry Biscuits
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C powdered sugar
1/4 C milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
Cut the biscuits into six pieces each; place into a bowl.
Coat the biscuits with the melted butter.
Place into the greased baking dish; set aside.
Mix the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar and milk together until creamy.
Place dollops of the mixture on top of the biscuits.
Bake for 25-28 minutes; until golden brown around the edges.
Allow to cool down for a bit, pull apart and enjoy!
So there's one of our favorite Brunch recipes,
do you have one that you'd like to share?
