The holidays have passed, the hustle and bustle is over, and now it's time to get back to eating a little healthier. I don't like to fuss over complicated meals so I'm always coming up with quick, easy, and delicious ideas. One of our favorite lunches is meat and veggie wraps! I like to let the kids choose a protein and they also get to pick their favorite veggies so it's exactly as they like!
A protein I like to pick up is the new Hillshire Farm® Naturals;

Once I have all the ingredients, I'll put the Hillshire Farm® Naturals meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, avocados, carrots, cheese, etc. into separate bowls and allow the family to choose what they'd like put into their wrap. This way everyone has their favorite fixings!
Some of us add dressing while others don't; then we wrap everything up nice and tight and put a toothpick in them to hold them together.
It's a simple, nutritious and delicious meal that I know everyone loves. They're getting protein and veggies all in one meal! I'll even add some fruit to go along with these so it really does make a quick lunch.
Even if we have practice, a game, or an extra curricular activity one night, I'll have everything ready for the kids when they come home from school so they can just whip one up and take it with them in the car.
