High Protein, Low Sugar Halo Top Ice Cream

Halo Top ice cream is the perfect way to start the summer!

High Protein, Low Sugar Halo Top Ice Cream

In our house we have a lot of ice cream lovers!  However most of the time we have to limit our intake since a lot of ice creams have higher fat and a lot of sugar.  Now don't get me wrong, it's the cream that makes the ice cream so creamy and delicious, but that means it's not something we indulge in every day.  Then I learned of Halo Top ice cream that is low calorie, high in protein and low in sugar...I wondered, is it too good to be true?

Halo Top is low-calorie, high-protein, and low-sugar, we use only the best, all-natural ingredients to craft our ice cream so that it tastes just like regular ice cream. We know it sounds too good to be true, so don’t just take our word for it – dig in and see for yourself just how good healthy ice cream can be!

All of the ice creams are all-natural and gluten-free!  Plus they contain no artificial sweeteners, no corn syrup, and no synthetic growth hormones either.

Now these are not as creamy as regular ice cream, but they taste really good and I love that they are higher in protein, lower in fat, and have a reasonable amount of carbs.  Remember all of the nutritional information I gave above is per PINT, not serving...so go ahead, indulge a little!

Thank you Halo Top for providing me with these samples; the opinions are my own.
