Three simple ingredients turn into a delicious and creamy no-churn ice cream!
Summer is almost here which means it's ice cream time; my kids would eat ice cream every day if I allowed them. We live in a very rural area where there are only two ice cream stands and each of them are a distance away. So instead of running there all the time I came up with a simple no-churn ice cream that we can make anytime we want! This recipe only requires three ingredients and it's not complicated at all...even the kids can make it too. It's rich, creamy and delicious!
Ingredients are as follows:
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 C heavy whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) bag English Toffee bits
Whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Slowly mix in the can of sweetened condensed milk.
Mix until combined.
Fold in the bag of English Toffee bits.
Place into a container, cover and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
Serve and enjoy!
