Easy Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge made in the microwave!
The weather has been pretty hot, which I'm not complaining, but I try not to turn on the oven as much now. Even so, that doesn't mean we have to do without dessert! So I love making no-bake desserts that are not only easy, but delicious. This Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge is made in the microwave and comes together in a matter of minutes. Plus it doesn't require any marshmallows or fluff so you most likely have everything in your pantry right now. Once you sink your teeth into this you'll see and taste how creamy and scrumptious it is...enjoy!
Ingredients are as follows:
1 C butter (no substitutes)
1 C creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C powdered sugar
Directions:
Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan.
Place the butter into a bowl and melt in the microwave.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
Slowly mix in the powdered sugar; stir until combined.
Place back in the microwave and heat for 1 minute on high.
Stir again and then pour into prepared pan.
Place in the fridge until it sets up. Slice, serve and enjoy!
Wow!! That sounds perfectly awesome!! Must try soon.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to try such a quick and easy fudge!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like something my husband will love!
ReplyDeleteCan you use unsalted butter
ReplyDeleteYes, just add a dash of salt too :)
ReplyDeleteCan you use regular sugar instead of powdered?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately not because it won't set up properly.
DeleteI made peanut butter fudge last year and it was soooo good. This sounds even easier than the one I made. Guess I better try this one this year.
