Easy! Cinnabon and Bacon Breakfast Rolls

Happy Father's Day!  Today I'm sharing the last of the three recipes and this is the easiest which makes the perfect treat for you to make for Dad.  On Friday I shared Bacon and Date Strata and Saturday was a warm and delicious Banana, Bacon and Bourbon Cinnabon Bake and today we got Easy Cinnabon and Bacon Breakfast Rolls.  These only have a few ingredients so it's easy for the kids to help.  Enjoy these with a nice cup of milk with dad!

1 tube Pillsbury™ Special Edition Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls with Bakery Style Cream Cheese Icing (8 count)

8 slices pre-cooked bacon

sprinkles (if desired)


Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick baking spray.

  1. Open the cinnamon rolls and set the icing packet aside.
  2. Separate the cinnamon rolls and wrap a slice of bacon around the outside of each roll.
  3. Place in the muffin tin. Repeat with remaining rolls.
  4. Bake rolls for 9-13 minutes, or just until the cinnamon rolls turn golden brown.
  5. Remove rolls from tin and drizzle icing over tops. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
