Strawberry Sorbet with Ginger Juice

The weather was beautiful a few days last week and that made us crave cooler treats.  We usually make my No-Churn Ice Cream, but this time we wanted to try something different.  I saw this Strawberry Sorbet that not only looked delicious, but it wasn't a complicated recipe either.  You have to extract some ginger juice, but it's easy and it makes the sorbet taste divine.  This recipe is just in time for Spring...enjoy!
