Easter is almost here and that means it's time to go on an egg hunt, find the baskets, and color eggs!  Easter is one of my favorite holidays because it's a beautiful day that doesn't involve a lot of tasks that have to be done.  We normally make a fruit salad and one other dessert for Easter and most of the time it's cupcakes.  My kids love cupcakes and they love decorating them too! 

3-Ingredient Peach Cobbler

Three simple ingredients turned into a delicious dessert!

I love when something so simple turns into something so delicious and this 3-ingredient Peach Cobbler is the perfect example.  All you need is a Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookie Mix, canned peaches and butter!  In a matter of minutes you can toss this cobbler together, put it in the oven and in no time at all you'll have the perfect dessert.  It really can't get any simpler then this!
