I have used many pans over the years, some I like and some I love! For me to love a pan it has to be durable, hold up to excessive use, be strong, sturdy, cook evenly, clean easily, and cook like a charm!
I was recently sent this beautiful Anolon Vesta 9 inch square Ceramic Baker and I am in love! Here's why...

I baked cornbread, I made baked apple oatmeal, scalloped potatoes, brownies...quite a lot of recipes in it and they've all turned out perfectly. Plus I love how easy it is to clean. This is by far one of my favorite pans. I have a glass 9 inch pan, but it doesn't compare to this Anolon Vesta Ceramic one and I'm so excited because I get to give one to one of you!
Please note that I was provided with an Anolon Vesta Ceramic pan to review, however the opinions expressed are my own!
