Did you read the title...how can instant coffee be healthy?   Thanks to the folks at NuviaCafe it is!  I was recently contacted by NuviaCafe asking if I'd like to try some of their coffee.  Being the coffee lover that I am, of course I said yes!  I don't drink instant coffee that much, however I do have it on hand to make iced coffee when I'm in a pinch :)  plus I was very eager to see just how healthy it is.
