I do a lot of my holiday shopping online and I'm always looking for promotional codes. This year I have worked with so many wonderful companies and I'm grateful that I've had the chance to do so. Some of them have passed along some codes for me to share with you! Please know that I am in no way being compensated for these, I just like to pass along a good deal :) Wishing you all a happy and healthy holiday!

Easy Homemade Puff Pastry from Scratch
Every time I go to the store I look for puff pastry, however they never have it. I started reading about how to make it from scratch and the "classic" recipe seemed to take a lot of work and time. So I kept looking and then I found this recipe from King Arthur Flour that sounded so easy and it didn't take all day either! I tweaked it a little, gave it a try and I'm so happy that I did. It turned out wonderful and it was so simple to make. Plus the end result is so flaky and buttery! Once you try this, you'll never go back to store bought again! It was early morning so I decided to fill mine with cream cheese and strawberry preserves... like a toaster strudel. I'm looking forward to trying it with so many other fillings too!

Gingerbread Rolls with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Frosting
This recipe is the perfect way to welcome the chilly weather. It's a lightly sweetened gingerbread dough that I filled with pumpkin, brown sugar and butter. Then to top it off I made a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Frosting! It makes your house smell amazing and the best part about this recipe is that it starts with a mix! I recently had the opportunity to try King Arthur's Gingerbread Cookie & Cake Mix and I'm so happy that I did. Once I received the mix, I knew I didn't want to make cookies or cake, but something different. After many days of contemplating I finally came up with this delicious recipe and I'm very pleased with the results. The wonderful folks at King Arthur Flour are graciously offering one of you a mix as well! All you have to do is leave a comment telling me what you're going to make.
