Chocolate Italian Love Cake

This delicious Chocolate Italian Love Cake is perfect for your loved one!

I love a good cake, and I also love when they look pretty too!  I've been wanting to make this Chocolate Italian Love Cake for quite awhile so I figured Valentine's Day would be the perfect time.  This cake is really simple to make, but the presentation looks like it took a lot of time and effort.  When you start out, you put the cake batter on the bottom of the pan with the cheese layer on top; while it's baking the layers magically switch!  Then you top it off with a rich mousse like frosting and it's pure heaven...simple, delicious and pretty!

No-Bake Strawberry Lasagna

Happy Valentine's Day!  I wanted to show you a quick & easy recipe to make for today!  I've seen a lot of recipes for chocolate lasagna, and even though chocolate is scrumptious, I wanted to try it in a different flavor.  I asked the kids and they said strawberry.  So when I went to the store I was so excited to see that they had a strawberry crème and I couldn't wait to give it a try.  This is so simple to make, and yet it tastes so delicious.  This is the perfect recipe to make for your loved ones this Valentine's Day!

No-Bake Dulce de leche Banana Cream Pie

No-Bake-Dulce-de-leche-Banana-Pie

Once again I had some bananas on the counter that needed to be used and I didn't want to make another bread or cake.  I also wanted the recipe to be quick and easy because now that school has started we don't have a lot of free time!  This Dulce de leche Banana Cream pie is a snap to make, it doesn't need to be baked and it tastes delicious.  I left mine sit overnight and the flavors meld together perfectly!

Chocolate Cream Puffs with Whipped Cream Cheese & Strawberries

I think cream puffs are such an elegant dessert.  You can make them mini, long, into a tower, or even big like I did.  No matter how you make them, they're always delicious!  This time I decided to make chocolate ones so I added some cocoa powder and sugar to my dough.  Then I made a light and fluffy filling that has cream cheese and real whipped cream...and if that wasn't enough I decided to add in some sweetened strawberries.  The combination of flavors makes a delicious, delicate and beautiful dessert!
