Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake uses frozen bread dough that's drenched in cinnamon, butter, sugar & sweetened cream cheese!

Quick, easy and delicious recipes are a must, and with this weekend being the Super Bowl, it's especially necessary.  This Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake recipe is very simple, it only requires a few ingredients, and one of them is Rhodes frozen bread dough.  I'm a big fan of frozen bread dough, and I always have it in my freezer.  For this Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake I thawed out one loaf of dough in the morning which made one scrumptious dessert at night!

Fudgy Coconut Flour & Coconut Oil Brownies

Coconut flour & coconut oil make these brownies quite delicious!

Since I've found coconut flour and coconut oil, I've become obsessed with it!  However, having a good quality brand makes a world of difference.  I love Carrington Farms; their Liquid Coconut Oil is so convenient and allows me to add it into my morning coffee, my eggs, and even my desserts!  Coconut oil and flour are very good for you.  If you haven't read the health benefits regarding them, I suggest you do; you'll be amazed.  With coconut flour and oil, you can enjoy a healthy dessert!

Apple Fritter Poke Cake

All the delicious flavors of an Apple Fritter baked into a cake!

Apple Fritter Poke Cake

Our family loves apples, and when I made my Apple Fritter Pull-Apart Bread it was a big hit!  Even on here, it has been quite popular, however a few people said it seemed complicated.  So I decided to take all the flavors and make it into a quick, easy and oh so delicious poke cake!  We love how the icing seeps all down through the cake, and I know you will too.

Low-Sugar Apple Pie

The holidays are among us and that means it's time for baking!  I make a large variety of goodies throughout the season, however I do like to take into consideration our family and friends who can't have a lot of sugar.  This Low-Sugar Apple Pie looks and tastes every bit as good as an original apple pie, but with less sugar and calories.  Make sure this is on your baking list for everyone to enjoy!

Baked Granola Apples with butter, cinnamon and raisins!

It's apple season!  Fall is the perfect time to make a variety of apple desserts, and these Baked Granola Apples definitely caught my eye.  They are made with Viki's Granola Apple Cinnamon – which is a blend of gluten-free oats, organic honey, unsweetened coconut, and mixed with dried sweetened apples, raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon.  You can serve these for breakfast or dessert!

Simple ingredients turned into a delicious Strawberry & Cheese Danish!

I love making brunch on the weekends, and sometimes I like to make something sweet for the end of the meal.  After cooking all the other food, I really don't want to fuss with something that will take a long time and being that I love danishes this is the perfect recipe!  You can fill the danishes with just cream cheese, or add cherries, apples, chocolate...anything you'd like.  Strawberry and Cheese is our favorite, but a close second is cheese with chocolate drizzled on top.  These are simple to make and quite delicious to enjoy!

Easy Homemade Pizzelles

Easy homemade vanilla pizzelles to make at home!

Easy homemade vanilla pizzelles to make at home!

My gram makes delicious food!  There is nothing better then going to her house and enjoying Ham Pot Pie, moist Raisin Cookies, or fresh Pizzelles.  Everything is from scratch and it's always divine.  She makes Anise and Vanilla Pizzelles, but my favorite are the vanilla.  Years ago I bought a Pizzelle maker from an elderly lady, and she said it was used for many years and she hopes I continue to do so too.  Well I certainly do!  Pizzelle batter comes together quickly and you can make a batch in no time at all.  Hopefully they'll become a family favorite for you too!

Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla are whipped together to make a delicious no-bake cheesecake that is swirled with strawberries!

It's still quite hot and humid here, and I haven't turned the oven on in a long time.  Even having air conditioner, it still makes the house hot!  So I've been creating no-bake recipes to solve the problem.  Last week I shared No-Bake Dirt Dessert for all the chocolate lovers, and today I'm sharing No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake for all the cheesecake lovers!  My son and husband absolutely love cheesecake, and this one passed their taste test too.  This comes together in a matter of minutes, only uses a few ingredients and tastes creamy and delicious!

Pudding, cream cheese & cool whip blended together then layered with cookie crumbs for one delicious no-bake dessert!

During the summer months, no-bake desserts are a favorite of ours!  Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge, Strawberry Cream Cheese Icebox Cake, Candy Bar Pie, and Snickers Bark are just some of the ones we love, and Dirt Dessert is on the list as well.  This is one of our go-to desserts to take to picnics and my son requests this as his birthday "cake" every year too.  This recipe isn't really sweet being that I don't add any extra sugar, and I like to incorporate sugar-free ingredients as much as I can.  It's simple to prepare and you can make it ahead of time too!

Date Nut Bread is moist, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day!

As I've said before, I'm a big fan of quick breads.  I love the simplicity of them and the fact that you can make them in so many different flavors.  I've made Strawberry Sour Cream, Apple Cinnamon Raisin, Double Chocolate Toffee, and Blackberry Sour Cream!  I've always loved dates and being that they are paired with molasses makes this bread taste divine.  It's moist, delicious and goes perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea!

Sometimes grown-ups need a special treat too!  When I saw this recipe I knew it would be something my husband and I would enjoy.  It starts with a base of milk, cream, and sugar, but the magic begins once you add Numi Organic Tea, pink peppercorns, vanilla bean, orange peel, and chocolate.  The flavors combine to make a fudgesicle that's creamy and oh so delicious!

Cookie Butter Danish

Creamy cookie butter mixed with cream cheese and baked in a flaky crescent dough!

Creamy cookie butter mixed with cream cheese and baked in a flaky crescent dough!

Have you tried cookie butter?  We recently did and it is divine!  It's creamy, spreadable, and made with cookies that have a hint of gingerbread.  You can spread it on toast, bagels, or even eat it straight from the jar!  I decided to mix some with cream cheese, a little bit of powdered sugar, and bake it in a flaky crescent roll dough.  This danish is simple to make, bakes in a matter of minutes, and is perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Strawberry Sour Cream Quick Bread

Simple scratch ingredients turned into a delicious moist strawberry sour cream bread!

Simple scratch ingredients turned into a delicious moist strawberry sour cream bread!

I like to make quick breads a lot!  They're simple to make, they take no time to bake, and they always turn out delicious.  This Strawberry Sour Cream Bread is made with strawberry preserves so you don't have to worry about having fruit on hand, and if by chance you don't have strawberry preserves, any flavor will do!  Having the addition of sour cream makes this bread moist and adds a little tang.  All the other ingredients you'll be able to find in your pantry so you can whip this bread up anytime you want.  Having a good quick bread recipe is perfect for those last minute parties or guests!

Mini Cherry Cheesecakes

Simple ingredients turned into one delicious dessert!

Last weekend was Father's Day and I wanted to bake something not only for my husband, but also my dad.  Being that they both like cheesecake I thought I'd make this recipe and give half to each of them.  These mini cheesecakes are  simple to make, they only require a few ingredients and are baked in a matter of minutes!  We topped ours off with cherries, however you can choose whatever you like.  Next time we're going to try strawberry pie filling!

Buttermilk Blueberry Banana Muffins

Buttermilk makes these blueberry and banana muffins moist and delicious!

Flour Me With Love: Buttermilk makes these blueberry and banana muffins moist and delicious!

Muffins are a favorite of mine because you can literally make them in so many flavors; they are portable and portioned controlled!  When I saw this recipe for Buttermilk Blueberry Banana Bread, I knew I had to make it, but into muffins.  I love adding buttermilk into my recipes because it adds a slight tartness and so much moisture.  Plus the combination of blueberries and banana was very inviting.  I did lower the sugar being that I was making them for a neighbor who isn't allowed a lot of sugar, and even so, they turned out amazing!  I can't wait to make a few batches of these and store them in the freezer for a quick breakfast...enjoy!

Apple Crisp with a twist!

Delicious Apple Crisp with a twist!

Everyone loves a good Apple Crisp, but what if I told you this Apple Crisp had a twist!  Sparkling Ice is added to the recipe to ensure the apples are moist and delicious.  Now the topping is one of my favorite parts; a mixture of flour, brown sugar and butter all combined to make the perfect crumble.  You can serve this by itself, but our favorite way is to take them out of the oven, let them cool down a bit and then top it off with a dollop of English Toffee ice cream.  It's the perfect summer treat!

No-Churn English Toffee Ice Cream (only 3 ingredients)

Three simple ingredients turn into a delicious and creamy no-churn ice cream!

Three simple ingredients turn into a delicious and creamy no-churn English Toffeeice cream!

Summer is almost here which means it's ice cream time; my kids would eat ice cream every day if I allowed them.  We live in a very rural area where there are only two ice cream stands and each of them are a distance away.  So instead of running there all the time I came up with a simple no-churn ice cream that we can make anytime we want!  This recipe only requires three ingredients and it's not complicated at all...even the kids can make it too.  It's rich, creamy and delicious!
