#1
Creamy-Peanut-Butter-Fudge-made-in-the-microwave

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge that's made in the microwave was the most viewed recipe in 2016 and I can see why.  This recipe is easy to make and it always turns out so creamy.  Even the novice chef can make Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge with confidence.

Apple Fritter Poke Cake

All the delicious flavors of an Apple Fritter baked into a cake!

Apple Fritter Poke Cake

Our family loves apples, and when I made my Apple Fritter Pull-Apart Bread it was a big hit!  Even on here, it has been quite popular, however a few people said it seemed complicated.  So I decided to take all the flavors and make it into a quick, easy and oh so delicious poke cake!  We love how the icing seeps all down through the cake, and I know you will too.

Baked Granola Apples

Delicious apples with baked granola and ice cream!

Baked Granola Apples with butter, cinnamon and raisins!

It's apple season!  Fall is the perfect time to make a variety of apple desserts, and these Baked Granola Apples definitely caught my eye.  They are made with Viki's Granola Apple Cinnamon – which is a blend of gluten-free oats, organic honey, unsweetened coconut, and mixed with dried sweetened apples, raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon.  You can serve these for breakfast or dessert!

The warm weather is finally here and that means we're all looking for quick, easy and delicious recipes that won't keep us in the kitchen long.  What I love about this recipe is that you can toss it all in one pot, cook for a few minutes and then you're ready to have this as a breakfast, dessert or just a side dish.  I love making this with Minute® Rice brown rice because it adds a little bit of nutty flavor and is a great nutritional option.  Plus the rice cooks up in only ten minutes so it comes together quite quickly.  You can serve it warm with a drizzle of cream or cold like a salad...either way it's delicious!

Jello Krispie Apples

My littlest one started Kindergarten this year and they're allowed to bring in a snack once a month; the other day it was our turn.  Luckily our school still allows you to bring in homemade food rather than store bought.  This is one of my favorite times because I love seeing their faces when I bring it in; it's priceless!   Since they just started school I wanted to do something that meant "Back to School" so an apple was the obvious choice.  These are really simple to make and they have a little twist to them; they're flavored with jello!  It gives them such an incredible flavor and great color too!

Apple Fritter Pull-Apart Bread

apples-cinnamon-fritters-bread-glaze

If you like apple fritters then you'll love this Apple Fritter Pull-Apart Bread!  I tried rolling the dough, like cinnamon rolls, however the texture wasn't right.  So even though this may look somewhat complicated to make, it's not.  You get all the flavors of an apple fritter, the texture and the wonderful glaze baked into one big bread.  We ate ours warm and it is delicious!

Apple Cinnamon Tea Ring

I wanted to make a tea ring the other day, but wanted something different. On a whim I decided to fill it with cinnamon, sugar, apples and cream cheese (yes, I love cream cheese!)This came out incredibly good; soft chewy dough with the slightest sweetness from the cinnamon sugared apples and sweetened cream cheese. I couldn't stop there so I drizzled on some cream cheese icing and sprinkled a dash of cinnamon on top!

Apple Dessert Pizza

Apple Pizza or Apple Pie? This dessert is a cross between the two of them. I really like apple pizza, but I'm not crazy about the doughy crust. So I took my favorite pie crust recipe and my apple pizza recipe and combined the two of them to make this delicious dessert!
