No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Icebox Pie
Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla are whipped together to make a delicious no-bake cheesecake that is swirled with strawberries!
It's still quite hot and humid here, and I haven't turned the oven on in a long time. Even having air conditioner, it still makes the house hot! So I've been creating no-bake recipes to solve the problem. Last week I shared No-Bake Dirt Dessert for all the chocolate lovers, and today I'm sharing No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake for all the cheesecake lovers! My son and husband absolutely love cheesecake, and this one passed their taste test too. This comes together in a matter of minutes, only uses a few ingredients and tastes creamy and delicious!

Apple Cream Pie with Walnuts Recipe
Thick cream mixed with seasoned apples that are baked into a delicious pie!
The other day I was at the store and they had canned apple pie filling on sale for .75 cents and it doesn't even expire soon! So of course I bought quite a few and I also picked up the new Extra Thick Double Cream from BK Creamery. A few weeks ago I introduced you to this new cream and so far I've been enjoying it quite often.

Apple Pie Bread
I love quick breads because I love the simplicity of them. When I saw this recipe on Make Ahead Meals for Busy Moms I couldn't wait to try it. My husband loves apple pie so this was sure to be a hit. Well let me tell you, it smelled divine and tasted just as good. The bread is moist and dense while the streusel topping is sweet and crumbly...the perfect combination! This would make a great addition to any breakfast or brunch.

Peach Slab Pie
I'm always looking for quick and easy recipes. Our schedules are so busy with the kids and there are times when I don't have the time to prepare an in depth recipe. The other day we were craving something sweet, but I didn't have a lot of time or really any idea as what to make. I looked in the cupboard, saw a can of peach pie filling and decided to make this simple and delicious peach slab pie. It comes together in a matter of minutes and in no time you have dessert!

No-Bake Dulce de leche Banana Cream Pie
Once again I had some bananas on the counter that needed to be used and I didn't want to make another bread or cake. I also wanted the recipe to be quick and easy because now that school has started we don't have a lot of free time! This Dulce de leche Banana Cream pie is a snap to make, it doesn't need to be baked and it tastes delicious. I left mine sit overnight and the flavors meld together perfectly!

Upside Down Apple Pie
My husband loves apple pie...I'd rather pass! Every time I make it he insists I try a bite and taste how good it is. For some reason I just don't like it. Then the other day I was browsing recipes and came across Upside Down Apple Pie. I was excited that I had all the ingredients on hand so I whipped one up. I must say, it's quite delicious! I did change it a little, but the concept is the same. It's very simple to put together and it looks beautiful too....enjoy!

Slow-Cooker Apple Pie
One of my husband's favorite dessert is Apple Pie and I make it quite often! So when I saw Slow Cooker Apple Pie in a cookbook, I knew I had to try it, however I did change the recipe to his liking. This recipe can be tossed into the slow cooker and you don't have to worry about it at all...love that! Once it was done he had one serving with whipped cream and the other one he put in a bowl with some milk. He said both were good, but he liked it better with the milk because that's how he eats his apple pie. This recipe was so simple to make and a great way to make apple pie if you're in a hurry!

The Best Egg Custard Pie
When I was growing up my parents made Egg Custard Pie for the holidays and I wish they had made it more often! I fell in love with it and it has become my favorite pie. Now that I'm grown and have my own family I do make it quite often. I've made a few changes to the recipe and I even had them tell me that it tastes better than the original one! The pie filling is similar to crème brulée, so if you like that, then you'll like this pie.
