This post is sponsored by Minute® Rice, however I created the recipe and I can't wait to share it with you!

The warm weather is finally here and that means we're all looking for quick, easy and delicious recipes that won't keep us in the kitchen long.  What I love about this recipe is that you can toss it all in one pot, cook for a few minutes and then you're ready to have this as a breakfast, dessert or just a side dish.  I love making this with Minute® Rice brown rice because it adds a little bit of nutty flavor and is a great nutritional option.  Plus the rice cooks up in only ten minutes so it comes together quite quickly.  You can serve it warm with a drizzle of cream or cold like a salad...either way it's delicious!

Cinnamon Sugar Swirl Raisin Bread

I love making bread and one of our favorites is this Cinnamon Sugar Swirl Raisin Bread.  It's a lightly sweetened dough with raisins and a swirl of cinnamon and sugar inside.  Plus I love to top it off with a sweet glaze!  I've been making this bread for years and it's always a big hit.  I make it in the morning and honestly it doesn't last the day!

Daelia Energy Bites

Have you heard of Daelia's Biscuits for Cheese? They are wonderful thin crisp biscuits that pair very well with so many cheeses.  They offer Hazelnut with fig, Pumpkin Seed with rye, and Almond with raisins.  I had the pleasure of receiving some samples from them and I'm so happy that I did!  These biscuits are not like any other biscuit that I've seen.  They have big slices of hazelnuts, figs, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and raisins...ones that you can actually see!

A year ago today I decided to start this blog.  Little did I know how it would have taken off...in such a great way!  Over the past year I have learned so much, met so many wonderful people and found so many amazing blogs!

Cinnamon Raisin Bubble Bread

One of our favorite things to do on a Sunday afternoon is to have brunch. It's a time to sit down, relax and talk to each other about how everyone's week went.  We love to have Cinnamon Raisin Bread right out of the oven, but sometimes it seems like I can't get it sliced fast enough! So I decided to make it into a bubble bread, then I can place it on the table and everyone can dig in...the perfect solution!

Raisin Filled Cookie Bars

All the delicious flavors of individual raisin filled cookies in one simple bar!

Raisin filled cookies are one of my favorite cookies!  I have a wonderful recipe, but sometimes I don't have the time to make them.  So I decided to make them into bars.  You still get the gooey raisin filled center and delicious dough, but made in a much simpler way!

I love raisin filled cookies, but sometimes I just don't have the time to roll out the dough, cut out the circles,  fill them, seal them together and then bake. Here is a recipe that tastes like them without all the fuss.  These cookies are quick, easy to make and taste delicious!

Raisin filled Cinnamon Rolls

cinnamon-rolls-filled-with-raisins

There is nothing like waking up to warm, freshly baked cinnamon rolls with icing. This recipe is unique because I decided to fill the center with raisins. It's a lot like raisin bread that's topped off with lots of icing!
