Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake uses frozen bread dough that's drenched in cinnamon, butter, sugar & sweetened cream cheese!

Quick, easy and delicious recipes are a must, and with this weekend being the Super Bowl, it's especially necessary.  This Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake recipe is very simple, it only requires a few ingredients, and one of them is Rhodes frozen bread dough.  I'm a big fan of frozen bread dough, and I always have it in my freezer.  For this Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake I thawed out one loaf of dough in the morning which made one scrumptious dessert at night!

Cinnamon Apple Muffin Recipe by Crunchies Natural Food Company

The holidays are among us which means there will be a lot of friends and family coming to visit.  I love having treats that are made ahead of time this way I'm not confined to the kitchen.  I love to sit down, have a cup of coffee and enjoy spending time together.  These Cinnamon Apple Muffins are perfect to make ahead of time, freeze and then thaw when you're ready to serve.  I used Crunchies freeze-dried snacks for a twist and it worked out perfectly.

Baked Granola Apples

Delicious apples with baked granola and ice cream!

Baked Granola Apples with butter, cinnamon and raisins!

It's apple season!  Fall is the perfect time to make a variety of apple desserts, and these Baked Granola Apples definitely caught my eye.  They are made with Viki's Granola Apple Cinnamon – which is a blend of gluten-free oats, organic honey, unsweetened coconut, and mixed with dried sweetened apples, raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon.  You can serve these for breakfast or dessert!

Apple Crisp with a twist!

Delicious Apple Crisp with a twist!

Everyone loves a good Apple Crisp, but what if I told you this Apple Crisp had a twist!  Sparkling Ice is added to the recipe to ensure the apples are moist and delicious.  Now the topping is one of my favorite parts; a mixture of flour, brown sugar and butter all combined to make the perfect crumble.  You can serve this by itself, but our favorite way is to take them out of the oven, let them cool down a bit and then top it off with a dollop of English Toffee ice cream.  It's the perfect summer treat!

Low-Carb Cinnamon Mug Cake

This low carb version of a mug cake is simple to prepare, has a hint of cinnamon,
and only takes a minute or two to cook so it's ready in no time for you to enjoy!

Low-Carb-Cinnamon-Mug-Cake

My kids love making things for me, so with Mother's Day coming up we came up with a recipe that not only they can make, but all the kids out there can too!  It doesn't require any baking, only a few ingredients, and it's also healthy.  If you'd prefer not to use cinnamon you can always add in some cocoa powder and it's quite delicious too.  Either way, every kid can make their mom a special treat on her special day...enjoy!

Baked Brown Sugar & Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Baked Brown Sugar & Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

My oldest son loves this Baked Brown Sugar and Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal!  He was home on Spring break and I must have made it four times that week.  The flavor combination is so good, and it's so easy to make too.  You toss everything into one baking dish, mix it up, bake for awhile and then drizzle on some cream.  Believe me, the cream is the finishing touch to this recipe!

Apple Chips with Caramel Dip Recipe

Bake apple slices until nice and crispy
then dip them in a delicious and decadent caramel sauce.

apples, caramel, dip, chips, dessert, recipe

Dessert doesn't always have to be a cake or ice cream, it can be a delicious apple chip! The kids love apples, but sometimes they start to eat one, get distracted and when they get back to it, it's brown.  I'm not one to waste food so I decided to slice it up, toss it in vanilla, cinnamon and sugar then bake until crispy.  I thought they reminded me of chips so I made a caramel dip to go with them.  It was a different type of dessert that we'll be having quite often.

The warm weather is finally here and that means we're all looking for quick, easy and delicious recipes that won't keep us in the kitchen long.  What I love about this recipe is that you can toss it all in one pot, cook for a few minutes and then you're ready to have this as a breakfast, dessert or just a side dish.  I love making this with Minute® Rice brown rice because it adds a little bit of nutty flavor and is a great nutritional option.  Plus the rice cooks up in only ten minutes so it comes together quite quickly.  You can serve it warm with a drizzle of cream or cold like a salad...either way it's delicious!

Cinnamon Roll Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

The taste of cinnamon rolls made into a simple & delicious cake!

cinnamon-roll-cake-breakfast-cream-cheese-icing

I love cinnamon rolls, but sometimes I don't like how long it takes to prepare them.  So I came up with a cake that has the same taste and texture of a cinnamon roll, but only takes a few minutes to make.  It uses basic ingredients from your pantry and it literally comes together in a matter of minutes.  I have to admit, I liked it without the icing, but the kids insisted that I put it on so I did...try it first without and see how you like it.  The next time you're craving cinnamon rolls, but don't have the time to make them, whip up this simple and delicious cake!

Estonian Kringle - Braided Cinnamon & Sugar Bread

Estonian-Kringle-Braided-Cinnamon-Sugar-Bread-Flour-Me-With-Love

I love the smell of bread baking and what's even better is when it's a sweet yeast bread.  Estonian Kringle is a simple yeast dough that is lathered with butter, cinnamon and sugar then braided and twisted into a round loaf.  Once it's all baked you have a delicious and beautiful loaf of bread.  We tore ours into pieces and ate it while it was warm...it is so divine!  Today I'm making another loaf and drizzling on some cream cheese icing.  Either way, you'll enjoy this simple and impressive Estonian Kringle...enjoy!

Old-Fashioned Rice Custard

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Minute® Rice.
flourmewithlove.com

Our family loves rice; any way I make it, they eat it!  I used to cook rice the long way, then I switched to the bags and now I found Minute® Rice.  I recently just tried this rice and with the holidays approaching, I couldn't have found it at a better time.  It allows me to put together a meal or a dessert without a hassle.  We tried the white and brown.  They are great-tasting, fluffy and cook up in a matter of minutes!  The white rice can be used in virtually anything and the brown rice has a nice nutty flavor with all the nutritional value as regular long cooking brown rice; both are gluten free.  There is also a Multi-Grain Medley that I'm looking forward to trying soon.  It's a blend of long grain brown rice, Thai red rice, wild rice and quinoa and it conveniently cooks up in 10 minutes!  The other night we had some white rice leftover from dinner so I decided to make a quick Rice Custard.  It turned out creamy and delicious!

French Bread Sticks

http://flourmewithlove.com/

My family loves pasta and they also love when I make French Bread or even better, French Bread Sticks!  They're the perfect size to dip into your favorite sauce or swirl around your plate.  When I make them with pasta I like to brush on some butter and then sprinkle on garlic powder and salt.  For more of a dessert style all you have to do is make them, brush them with butter and then sprinkle on some cinnamon and sugar.  You can even make this recipe into a loaf of bread and slather on some butter.  No matter what way, it's delicious!

Apple Cinnamon Raisin Quick Bread

Apple Cinnamon Raisin Quick Bread; flourmewithlove.com

I love being able to whip up a quick bread for breakfast or dessert.  They're always a snap to make, they taste delicious and they're done in no time at all.  I had some apples that were in the fridge and also an opened box of raisins so I decided to combine the two and make it into a moist and delicious apple cinnamon raisin quick bread.  If you'd like, you could also toss in some walnuts or pecans, but my kids don't like nuts in their bread so I decided against it, but I'm sure it would be a nice addition!  This bread can be mixed together by hand and in one bowl...simple and delicious!

Apple Cinnamon Crumb Cake ~Have a GRAIN Holiday

I was so excited when Hodgson Mill asked me to create a recipe for their 25 Days of Grain Holiday Sweepstakes.  They sent me a variety of flours to try and I got straight to work.  I love incorporating new products into my baking and am very pleased with how this Apple Cinnamon Crumb Cake turned out.  This is a healthy cake that uses applesauce, white whole wheat flour, whole wheat pastry flour and organic white flour.  This is a very simple recipe and it comes together in no time at all...the perfect way to celebrate the holiday!

What's in your lunchbox?

Well it's back to school and that means a lot of lunches that I'll be packing!  My littlest one packs his lunch every day and I'm always looking for healthy new products to try.  His favorite cookies are fig newtons; I know, it's crazy for a seven year old, but he loves them!  Trying to find "healthy" ones is a task so most of the time I make them myself...until now!

(No-Yeast) Cream Cheese, Cinnamon & Sugar Pinwheels

I'm not a breakfast type person, however there are times that I like something little on my stomach, but it can't be too sweet!  These cream cheese, cinnamon and sugar pinwheels worked out perfectly.  The dough requires no yeast so it's simple to make and can be assembled in very little time.  It also has cream cheese in it which makes it moist.  I sprinkled on some cinnamon and drizzled on a little bit of cream cheese icing (because I love it) and I must say they were perfect with a cup of tea!
