Parmesan Breadsticks from Soup of the Day by Ellen Brown

flourmewithlove.com

I love the addition of bread at our dinners because it always seems to round out the meal.  I don't always have the time to make a yeast dough so I like to find quick and easy recipes that help me out.  When I saw this recipe for bread sticks and it didn't require yeast, I knew I had to try it.  This recipe comes from the new book Soup of the Day by Ellen Brown.

(No-Yeast) Cream Cheese, Cinnamon & Sugar Pinwheels

I'm not a breakfast type person, however there are times that I like something little on my stomach, but it can't be too sweet!  These cream cheese, cinnamon and sugar pinwheels worked out perfectly.  The dough requires no yeast so it's simple to make and can be assembled in very little time.  It also has cream cheese in it which makes it moist.  I sprinkled on some cinnamon and drizzled on a little bit of cream cheese icing (because I love it) and I must say they were perfect with a cup of tea!

No-Yeast Vanilla Cinnamon Sticky Rolls (in about an hour!)

Our family loves cinnamon rolls and sticky buns, but sometimes I don't have the time to wait for the dough to rise.  That's where this recipe comes to the rescue!  I combined my cinnamon roll recipe and sticky bun recipe together to make these delicious rolls.  They require no yeast so you don't have to wait forever...in about an hour, you can have delicious, gooey, sticky cinnamon rolls.  To put them over the top make sure you lather them up with lots of cream cheese frosting!

No-Yeast Strawberry Cream Cheese Braid

One of the most requested desserts I make is my Pineapple Cream Cheese Braid.  No matter who tries it, they love it! However it requires yeast and I know a lot of people are intimated by yeast.  So I decided to come up with a braid that doesn't require yeast and it's easy to make.  You just mix up the dough and filling, assemble it, bake and you're done.  In no time at all, you have a pretty and delicious bread.  Plus you can change the filling to whatever you prefer.  This bread is perfect for all your holiday gatherings!
