The warm weather has finally arrived and I love making refreshing drinks with Sparkling Ice - a great tasting, lightly carbonated, zero-calorie beverage which
combines sparkling water, fruit juice, vitamins, antioxidants, and natural flavors. Normally I make them for the kids, but I decided to try something different and make an adult beverage this time. It turned out delicious, it's so simple to prepare, and it's the perfect way to end the day!

Baked Brie & Fig Spread
The holidays are among us and that means a lot of entertaining going on; the perfect time to be with family and friends. I love to entertain and prepare lots of different dishes and bake tons of desserts. This year I got to try the new Orchard Choice California Fig Spreads. I must say, these are quite unique! The fig flavor is delicious, they're not too sweet and they go well with anything. I was actually eating mine straight out of the jar! They are made with California figs, and they come in four different flavors.

Orange Creamsicle Cake
I love coming up with new recipes, especially when it involves the kids! We were grocery shopping the other day, talking about some new ideas and then my daughter perked up and said she had the best idea ever! She wanted to make an orange cake, use orange juice, mandarin oranges, cream cheese and cool whip. After a couple minutes of thinking this is the cake we came up with. We kept it quite simple because I wanted her to be able to do most of it by herself and I think it came out delicious. She was very proud of the cake and I was very proud of her!
