Creamy-Peanut-Butter-Fudge-made-in-the-microwave

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge that's made in the microwave was the most viewed recipe in 2016 and I can see why.  This recipe is easy to make and it always turns out so creamy.  Even the novice chef can make Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge with confidence.

Caramel Pecan Coffee Cake

caramel-pecan-coffee-cake

I love coffee cakes, and I'm always looking for new recipes to try.  When I saw this Caramel Pecan Coffee Cake from Fleischmann's I knew I had to try it.  What first intrigued me was that it uses yeast in the batter.  Normally my coffee cakes don't use it, but this recipe does so I couldn't wait to see how it would turn out.  Plus you can actually mix this in the pan that you're going to bake it in, so that means not a lot of mess to clean up!  It uses every day ingredients found in your pantry and comes together in a matter of minutes.  I changed the one sugar to brown and also added in some vanilla, and it turned out delicious.  This will definitely be in my recipe box to make again.  I hope you'll give it a try too!

Carrot Cake Tarts with Cream Cheese Frosting

Easter is upon us and I know everyone is looking for quick & easy desserts!  These carrot & cream cheese tarts start out with a cake mix, add a few ingredients, top with icing and you're ready to enjoy!  I decided to make these like my cake mix brownies so they are a little on the thicker/denser side.  I love desserts like that, however if you don't, you could always make the cake mix according to the package directions so they'll be lighter; more like a cupcake.  Either way these are sure to please!

Pumpkin Crunch Dessert Recipe

A little while back I asked what your favorite Fall recipe was.  Cydnee said her favorite was Pumpkin Crunch Cake and her boys insist on having it every Thanksgiving.  I've never heard of this cake before and it sounded very interesting.  So I asked if she'd like to share the recipe and her response was: Yes, I love sharing good recipes!   Believe me, it's a great recipe!  It's so simple and tastes so good.  It doesn't have the texture of cake, but more like a custard with a crunch top.  I look forward to having it many more times, especially for Thanksgiving!
