Fresh ripe berries blended with a creamy and delicious cheesecake mixture that you can indulge in because it's sugar-free!

Summer is in full swing and I love all the fresh fruit in season!  My family loves strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries so I made this quick and easy Sugar-Free Berry Cheesecake Salad.  It's sugar-free and made with fresh whipped cream...no frozen whipped topping! It's creamy, delicious, and oh so good.  This is the perfect dessert on a hot summer day which the whole family will enjoy!

Grilled Chicken & Brown Rice Salad Bowls

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Tyson Foods, Inc. and Pinnacle Foods Group LLC.
All opinions and text are entirely my own.

I plan our dinner menus every week, and sometimes it can be daunting.  I don't want to make the same meals all the time so I always make sure I keep my freezer stocked with Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken and my pantry full of Wishbone® Italian Dressing.  These are two staple ingredients that I pick up at Walmart so I can make plenty of delicious meals in a matter of minutes!

Not Your Grandma's Ambrosia Salad

cream cheese, fruit, coolwhip , powdered sugar

I love quick and simple desserts, and this one couldn't be simpler!  Our family loves fruit salad and once they tried ambrosia salad they liked the concept, not the marshmallows.  My family doesn't care for marshmallows in dessert salads so I came with my own recipe.  There's only five ingredients so you could even consider this one of those Five Cup Salads!  This makes a large batch which is perfect for my family, however you can always use the smaller cans of fruit and it will be creamier...which we sometimes do too!

Watergate Salad made with Cream Cheese

I wanted to make a green dessert for this weekend and while I was looking through some cookbooks I found a recipe for Watergate Salad.   I don't recall ever having this salad, but it sounded interesting so I decided to come up with my own version!  I'm not too fond of marshmallows being in dessert salads so I omitted those as well as the nuts.  I figured the marshmallows added a creaminess and since I took them out I needed something to replace it.  Being that I have an obsession with cream cheese, I figured that would be perfect.  I made this with low-fat cream cheese and lite cool whip and you can't tell at all!  I love the color of this salad, how simple it is to prepare and how it ended up tasting...I hope you enjoy!
