Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla are whipped together to make a delicious no-bake cheesecake that is swirled with strawberries!

Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla are whipped together to make a delicious no-bake cheesecake that is swirled with strawberries!

It's still quite hot and humid here, and I haven't turned the oven on in a long time.  Even having air conditioner, it still makes the house hot!  So I've been creating no-bake recipes to solve the problem.  Last week I shared No-Bake Dirt Dessert for all the chocolate lovers, and today I'm sharing No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake for all the cheesecake lovers!  My son and husband absolutely love cheesecake, and this one passed their taste test too.  This comes together in a matter of minutes, only uses a few ingredients and tastes creamy and delicious!

Candy Bar Cheesecake Brownies

Candy Bar Cheesecake Brownies

Don't throw away all those candy bars; you can turn them into rich and delicious cheesecake brownies!  In the latest Halloween edition of the Taste of Home magazine there is a recipe that calls for your favorite candy bar not only in the cheesecake layer, but the brownies too.  I had lots of candy bars so I couldn't wait to make these.  They're simple to make, they use staple ingredients and they bake up in about half an hour.  These are rich and delicious, so enjoy!

No-Bake Mini Greek Yogurt Cheesecakes

Rich cream cheese and greek yogurt mixed together
for the perfect creamy no-bake cheesecake!

Rich cream cheese and greek yogurt mixed together for the perfect creamy no-bake cheesecake!

It was our 21st anniversary the other day and I wanted to make my husband something special, but didn't want to turn the oven on.  He loves cheesecake so I came up with this simple recipe that doesn't require any baking!  All you have to do is mix a few ingredients together, place it in the freezer to set up and then enjoy.  I made mine with crushed oreo's and vanilla greek yogurt, but you can choose whatever flavors you like.  How about a shortbread crust with strawberry cheesecake yogurt; oreo crust with cherry yogurt, graham cracker crust with boston cream pie yogurt...the possibilities are endless and I can't wait to try them all!  If you try something different please come back and let me know in the comments, I'd love to hear your creation!

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars start with a shortbread nut crust, then creamy cheesecake
is swirled with seasoned apples and drizzled with a delicious caramel sauce!

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars made with a walnut shortbread crust

If you like cheesecake and apple pie then you're going to love these Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars!  This recipe is a combination of the love my son has for cheesecake and the love my husband has for apple pie.  I decided to put the two together and make one scrumptious dessert.  For the crust I made a shortbread and added in some walnuts to add a little more depth to it.  Then you have your traditional cheesecake layer which is topped with apples and a little bit of reserved crust.  I made my favorite easy caramel sauce and drizzled it on top to make the perfect dessert!

No-Bake Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Pie

flourmewithlove.com

It's finally summer; the sun is shining and the weather is nice and warm! This means I'm outside more and not wanting to be in the hot kitchen for hours.  I use my crock pot a lot in the summer and I always love to make no-bake desserts.  The other day my husband mentioned cheesecake, but I didn't want to bake one so I made this simple no-bake cookies and cream cheesecake pie.  It starts out with a store bought crust, however you could always make your own, then a few ingredients are tossed in and in no time at all you have a simple and delicious pie waiting for you!

Gooey Butter Brownies topped with Toffee

cocoa-sugar-dessert

I love quick and easy desserts; I especially love when the kids can help or basically make them by themselves!  These Gooey Butter Brownies topped with Toffee definitely fall into that category.  You start with my simple brownie recipe, add a layer of butter and cream cheese, then top it off with scrumptious toffee pieces!  The brownies are soft, the cream cheese is gooey and the toffee melts in your mouth...the perfect combination!

Blackberry Cheesecake Bars with Sugar Cookie Crust

This winter has been a rough one!  We've been snowed in for days, we've had arctic air temperatures, and to top it off, ice storms.  It hasn't been a very pleasant season at all, and I can't wait for Spring to get here.  Last week the kids were off school six days in a row, I couldn't get out to the store, and they were in the mood for a new dessert.  My supplies were running low and I had no idea what to make.  I looked in the pantry and fridge to see what I had and lo and behold Blackberry Cheesecake Bars were born.  I love how something so simple turns out to be so delicious; it really can't get any easier then this!

Butterscotch Swirl Cheesecake with a Shortbread Crust

The other day they had cream cheese on sale so I was sure to pick up quite a few!  You all know that I love cream cheese and I pretty much use it every day!  A family favorite is cheesecake so I decided to whip one up.  This time I wanted to incorporate some butterscotch and make a shortbread crust.  The combination of flavors came together perfectly!  What I love about this recipe is that it only uses one block of cream cheese and other simple ingredients too.

Banana Cheesecake with Almond Butter Crust

The other day my son asked for a cheesecake and at first I was going to make a regular one.  Then I noticed that I had some bananas that were getting old and wondered how the cheesecake would taste if I tossed those in too.  I decided to give it a try and it turned out very well.  I paired it with a rich almond and butter crust, topped it off with some fresh whipped cream and a drizzle of dulce de leche.  Usually I don't care for cheesecake, however this one has that delicious banana flavor which I enjoyed a lot!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars

I saw these bars on Pillsbury and have been wanting to make them for quite some time.  I love cookie dough and cream cheese so I knew they would be divine!  Then my good friend Stephanie from Back for Seconds asked if I'd like to help celebrate the launch of her new site...she's a dot com now so of course I said yes!  If you haven't been to her site, make sure you do because she has so many wonderful recipes and her pictures are always beautiful!  While you're there, you'll get to see all the other wonderful blogs that are helping her celebrate too!  I knew these bars would be the perfect way to celebrate; they're simple to make, they taste delicious and would be great for any party!

The Cheesecake Factory Pumpkin Cheesecake

The other day my sister and I were talking about her vacation to Las Vegas.  They have gone for quite a few years and she said there are so many things to do in Vegas that you would never get bored!  She also said they ate at The Cheesecake Factory.  I've never been to Vegas or The Cheesecake Factory, but hopefully one day I will :)  My husband's birthday is this week and being that he loves cheesecake I thought I would see what flavors they have to offer.  As soon as I saw the Pumpkin Cheesecake, I knew that was what I wanted to make!

Triple Layer Bars

The other night I was thinking about all the flavors that I like and decided to combine them into one dessert.  First there is a fudgy layer of brownie, then a decadent layer of cheesecake, and to top it off...cookie dough frosting (there's no egg in the frosting so it's perfectly safe to eat.)  It's so rich that you only need a little piece to satisfy the sweet tooth!

Danish Cherry Cheesecake

We loved this dessert!  So much that I made it twice in two days!  I wasn't quite sure what to name it so I just called it how the layers were done.  A layer of cake danish dough, then cherries, then a decadent layer of cream cheese that turns out like creamy cheesecake.   We ate it while it was a little warm and it was perfect!  This would be a wonderful dish to make for Mom this Sunday :)  Happy Mother's Day to you all!
